Aarohan is a term drawn from Indian classical music, referring to the ascending scale of notes - the progression from lower notes to higher notes in perfect harmony. We see this strategic planning exercise as our Aarohan, a deliberate ascent toward sharper focus, aligned goals and harmonised way of working across teams. Just as every note in Aarohan must find the right place for the melody to emerge, every function, team, and goal within our organisation must align to create a cohesive and powerful movement forward.
